Service Description
Sobar is Spanish for massage or rub but it is not limited to the physical. A sobada integrates mind body soul and spirit. There is a communication that happens between the muscles, the nervous system, our emotions and our spirit. I can tune in and aide in any healing release of tension and/or emotion, a somatic release. I also incorporate my knowledge in structural bodywork, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, reflexology, acupressure, and relaxation bodywork to fine tune my technique. This includes holding space in a trauma informed way. Prenatally this work is done sidelying to help access your changing body
Cancellation Policy
Should you need to reschedule or cancel, please send me a text to make the necessary adjustments. Appointments canceled or rescheduled on the same day will have to pay 50% of the treatment. No show's will pay 100% of the treatment. As I respect you and your time, please respect mine. I'm open to bartering services and payment plans. Please don't hesitate to ask. Disclaimer: As a full-spectrum doula, I am on-call for pregnant clients, which may necessitate rescheduling appointments. In the event that I am called to attend a birth during your scheduled appointment, I will promptly reschedule with you at the earliest available opportunity. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
