Postpartum Single Visit

Service Description

This is a sobada focused on the changes to the body during pregnancy, birth & postpartum. Including a belly massage to help alleviate tension to the muscles and ligaments surrounding the uterus, low back and pelvis. This also allows more oxygenated blood to the stretched and over worked tissues helping them stay healthy. As well as addressing the shifting of the fascia and organs. If you prefer your session at home, please add a $50 travel fee if you are within a 15 miles of my studio. There will be a per mile charge after that of $3.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to reschedule or cancel, please send me a text to make the necessary adjustments. ​Appointments canceled or rescheduled on the same day will have to pay 50% of the treatment. No show's will pay 100% of the treatment. As I respect you and your time, please respect mine. I'm open to bartering services and payment plans. Please don't hesitate to ask. Disclaimer: As a full-spectrum doula, I am on-call for pregnant clients, which may necessitate rescheduling appointments. In the event that I am called to attend a birth during your scheduled appointment, I will promptly reschedule with you at the earliest available opportunity.
